Danesmead ESG at Private Credit European Summit 2024

Daniella Woolf is thrilled to be moderating a roundtable at the Private Equity Wire: Private Credit European Summit 2024 on Thursday May 16. Her session, ESG in credit: Where are the high potential areas? is part of Roundtable 1 which is taking place at 11:10 and again at 11:55. The following topics will be covered:

  • Does credit lag behind other alternatives on the ESG spectrum?

  • What incentives to lenders have to make ESG progress?

  • Understanding where lenders can bring value to portfolio companies

  • Managing the data collection and analysis process

Danesmead ESG work with a number of credit and private credit managers and are well aware of the challenges in incorporating ESG factors, so this should be a very interesting session.

We’re also looking forward to some of the other sesssions, in particular Taking interest: How LPs want to structure their private credit investments - we’ve certainly seen the demands of institutional capital over the last few years converging on the use of standardised DDQs and questionnaires which include prominent ESG factors.

Register here if you’re interested and don’t hesitate to get in touch if you’d like to know more about ESG for value creation and risk factors in private credit.
