SFDR RTS Update - Feb 2023
The EU have released an “amended and corrected” Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS) on 17 February 2023. The changes relate to the content and presentation of information in pre-contractual disclosures and periodic reports for SFDR and take effect on 20 February 2023.
The main difference is the inclusion of this additional question:
Asset managers currently preparing their pre-contractual and/or periodic disclosures should ensure they are using this latest version.
The updated templates can be found here: https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/reg_del/2023/363/oj
